This accreditation is awarded to organizations that demonstrate compliance with the rigorous Case Management Program standards. Accordant's integrated Case Management Program provides services on behalf of health plans, employers and third party administrators to members with complex and chronic diseases. This is the second consecutive three-year NCQA Case Management accreditation for Accordant.
