Larry McGrath

Larry McGrath is executive vice president, chief strategy officer and chief strategic advisor to the CEO of CVS Health®. He joined the company in July 2022 and oversees enterprise strategy, Office of the CEO and investor relations. 

Larry has extensive experience in health care and financial services. With his more than 20 years of financial services experience, Larry has gained deep knowledge of the industry and has many connections to the analyst community. 

Before joining CVS Health, he served as a global health care portfolio manager of J.P. Morgan asset management in New York City. In this role, he spent several years as a core investing analyst in the global health care space, managing a $7 billion product for J.P. Morgan clients. 

Prior to J.P. Morgan, Larry spent time as a health care analyst at Pioneer Investments in Boston and Setanta Asset Management in Dublin, Ireland. 

Larry earned a degree in commerce, banking and finance from University College in Dublin and a master’s degree in investment and treasury management from Dublin City University.
