Connecting Kids with Care

03.29.16

To celebrate our continued commitment to increasing access to healthcare in communities nationwide, we caught up with one of our recent grantees, PediPlace, a free clinic that has made meaningful progress toward its goal of treating more uninsured and underinsured children and ensuring they receive the healthcare they need.

Learn more about the great work happening every day at PediPlace and how the CVS Health Foundation grant has helped to advance its mission:

As a continuation of critical community health partnerships like PediPlace, the CVS Health Foundation has announced that 46 organizations will receive a total of $1.5 million in new grants in 2016 in support of chronic disease management and prevention, such as diabetes, heart disease, hypertension and asthma, improved care coordination and increased access to care.
