Report follows Aetna member through his treatment and the beginnings of his recovery

HARTFORD, Conn. – Aetna (NYSE: AET) today released its 2010 Annual Report, “Embracing Change, Engaging People.” The report chronicles the experience of an Aetna member through his treatment and the beginnings of recovery. For the third consecutive year, the report is presented in an all-electronic format to better engage readers, conserve financial resources and respect the environment.
