HARTFORD, Conn. – Aetna (NYSE: AET) today announced that it has entered into a new $1.5 billion five-year revolving credit agreement with 20 domestic and foreign financial institutions. The new credit facility replaces Aetna’s existing $1.5 billion five-year revolving credit agreement, and provides the company with continued financial flexibility aligned with Aetna’s long-term capital strategy.
