Conducting recruiting activities that help veterans and military spouses understand the opportunities available to them at CVS Health, and share how the skills they’ve gained while in uniform can translate to job functions and/or leadership positions.
Collaborating with the military community, community-based services and educational organizations to establish relationships and share best practices.
Educating teams across our organization about the benefits of recruiting and hiring veterans, as well as facilitating the military to civilian career transition.
Providing ongoing mentoring, performance management and assistance to help these individuals advance their careers within our organization.

Heroes2Careers also represents our investment in the CVS Health Talent Connect Center (TCC) at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, an innovative employment and training facility dedicated to helping veterans, Guard and Reserve members and their families transition from military life to private sector civilian careers. The TCC is part of the Career Resource Center, which combines state-of-the-art technology with hands-on support to help veterans and their spouses throughout the human resources process, from writing a resume and conducting virtual interviews to speaking with leaders of various departments to learn about the many opportunities within the company.
